How I Became A Successful Food Eater
Mike Ratner is the Editor-in-Chief for the Midwest News Bureau and food/restaurant critic for New Food Reviews. He has held the position since April 2000 and has reviewed in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Shanghai and New York. Mike grew up in Chicago and recently returned to the area after living abroad. His scientist wife is the reason they moved back. They have two young darling daughters Elsa & Elyn.
Keeping up with local food and dining news and restaurant reviews has Mike busy discovering the best restaurants in the Midwest. He provides a weekly report on the area restaurant scene -- from restaurant openings to new product reviews to favorite dishes. Mike writes about restaurants by cuisine, price, neighborhood and ratings.
