About
Meditation Week is about you & I helping to spread awareness and apppreciation of meditation with a week long love celebration of practicing it and introducing the concept to others in new, fun & novel ways. Meditation Week is a new idea and needs your vote of confidence and participation. Together we create change!
Goals
It starts with getting the word out via traditional channels and social media. We would reach out to hundreds of organizations and groups asking them to participate in the making of an annual event that will help educate the public about the benefits of having a daily meditation practice. Groups would hold 'open houses' offering talks and meditation sessions.
Donate
This is a huge project because it involves campaign organizing and contacting many organizations all around the world to participate. The next step is getting the idea out to millions of people who are interested in meditation and want to try it. We are going to need to pay for advertising and publicity.
