Please join us for creating the first annual Meditation Week launch – we will be planning a lively week of on and offline activities and curriculum for anyone interested in meditation for the whole week. In addition, there will be a message board where the community can post about their experiences.

Every fall and spring starting this year, Meditation Week supporters will vote on a date that will provide a week-long series of meditation events and educational activities and presentations geared for curious and novice alike with a focus on the benefits of meditationg through a series of activities, games, and talks.

Meditation Week is ideal for anyone interested in meditation or stress reduction in general, and now we will feature science and medical studies on meditation.  This is an ideal time to reach out to old and young alike who would find this an ideal time to try meditation. Participation makes for a fun week of activities as well.
