Do you know meditation?

You’ve either tried it or heard enough about it to know there is something about meditation that makes it special for so many people.  It has a long history and is found in many different cultures.  It’s good for your body, mind, productivity, and soul.

 

But only few are practicing.

Not even a fraction of the world's population practices meditation and far less consistently.
And it’s the consistency that brings the benefits and breakthroughs. But, you know that. You know that a meditation practice will change your life and the world for the better. So, take a moment – right now – and check in with yourself
.

 

Ask yourself: “Do I want to  help the world meditate?”

If YES...  then this is your chance in the 'here and now'.


Be still for a moment and check 'within'.  Listen for your deepest response to the question: Do you want to make a difference and leave a lasting legacy by creating a consistent, real meditation practice for yourself and our world community at large?   How can we do it?

 

 

Meditation can be taught and presented in a new fun way that can work for most people and get them curious

2016 and beyond can become a new starting point for people interested in meditation.

This is a new beginning where we can support each other and expand our community worldwide by introducing the benefits that come with  week-long meditation practice.

 

 

Let us begin & start now.

Mediation Week can become an entirely unique program delivered via audio, video, and beyond from people from all over the world.  Anyone anywhere can participate in a way that works for them on their schedule.  Doors can open for a 'test-drive' of meditation through introductory talks, demonstrations and a week long celebration of the practice of meditation.  People from every continent can be reached through this week long outreach.

 

Meditation Week is about:

  • Introducing the benefits of meditation to an expanded population worldwide.

  • It will be designed to help anyone who wants to establish a life-long habit of daily meditation.

  • Creating community, conversations, compassion and raising conscious awareness.

  • Dissolving the walls of separation between practices and opposing paths.

  • Ending the excuses and obstacles that stall or sabotage consistency & progress.

  • Bringing joy and mindfulness back into our daily lives.

  • Helping to spread the daily practice and deeper exploration of meditation to all.

 

The introductory aspect of launching an annual Meditation Week will help take beginners by the hand and guide them step-by-step (breath-by-breath) into easily creating a daily meditation practice that fits seamlessly into their life.

 

Presentations will include:

  • Recent findings, research on health benefits and personal testimonials.

  • The most current findings on the neurology & psychology of behavior change.

  • The time-tested practices of various traditions (over 5,000 years and counting).

  • Opportunities for anyone interested to experience and try mediatation first hand.

  • Guided coaching and community support along with access to FREE resources.

 

Help us get the word out:

  • We need to outreach to hundreds of groups and thousands of practictioners.

  • Contacting health professionals, mind-body researchers and gather studies.

  • Coordinate a 'community congress' to decide when to launch and get ready.

  • Orchestrate a global PR campaign, outreach to the press, bloggers and media at large.

  • Spread the word via social media, into schools, campuses and partner with other organizations.
