1. All courses offered by SPIRIT COLLEGE are meant for educational purposes only.  We offer a non-traditional format allowing many authors and teachings. Unless otherwise stated none of the courses have been approved or accredited by any International private accreditation institute. The courses offered through Spirit College DO NOT meet the requirements of any other Accreditation authority whether Regional or National of any country. Spirit College has not applied for any accreditation that would be recognized by the Department of Education of any country nor would it qualify for such accreditation due to its non-traditional format and non-resident international status.

2. You agree that we are not a private or State run university and no certificate or item sold on this web site is intended to duplicate or resemble that of any items issued by a state or governmental agency or any other academic institution.

3. You represent and warrant that every item purchased from this web site will be used in a lawful manner.
